This is the unfinished Town Tileset that was apart of the LotNR project.
it has 98 models of town themed stuff.

It has a swinging door that Mysterious was requesting in this thread (please have a look at the Tavern door in the example file for usage)

Awesome Skuggs!. This set is absolutely beautiful, and capable of doing many tricks you never thought of. It utilizes many tricks and "backdoors" to accomplish multiple floors and such. I haven't played with it for awhile, but if I didn't have skuggs at my fingertips (on Skype), I would've had a much more difficult time using it. Once you figure it out, it is quite powerful. You can combine this with Skuggs "Flooded Dungeon" and put "Sewers under the Inn" also.

"Pillar Killer" Is worth mentioning.
The way interiors are made, you will be pasting "indoor walls" like wallpaper on the inside of normal walls you built to be viewed from outdoors. (That didn't make sense, too convoluted. Retry!)
When you build a room, paste the insides of the walls with "wall_indoor" (Or similar) and use the "Pillar killer" to eliminate oddities that may occur. PK has an open and closed state, and closed causes invisible blockage, so if you run into invis blockage, check your PK's first. Also place Floors and ceiling tiles!

Other than that, you layer town_wall_low, _mid, and _high" to make multistory effects, place windows (Facing outward!), and make "Corners" on the visible sides of the town, so they aren't 2d planes.

Drakkan put together a fantastic little demo mod called "Conwyn City" Using this tileset, and some things Diarmuid built for the LotNR project. Rain, Lightning, and various other tools.

Walk around the example city in the editor, and when you see architecture that you want to understand, go look at how he does it.

Hope this helps!

That would be quite helpful actually. Would you mind please posting a link to drakkan's mod, msyblade? I did a quick couple searches for it here and on the nexus and could not find it; so if you have a dl location that would be great! Thanks.

Conwyn City was just an internal Dev Demo that Drakkan used to test the viability of mixing many of the tools we were working on for LotNR. While I do have the .dat file, I do not have permission to distribute it. But with the public release of the town tileset, and Drakkan's permission, it could see the light of day.

Ok, I'll check with him then, thanks. In the meantime Skuggs did provide a .dungeon_editor file in the dl which was pretty helpful as well.

I do not have any problem releasing it, unfortunatley do not ahve acces to data now as I am abroad. If somebody have it from our colaboration group, feel free to distribute it as an example, altough it is not finished at all. Eventualy send me the file and I can try to look at it :)
