Game font

Hello.

I don't know where to put this, so here it goes.

Is there any way to change the in-game font? For some reason I am having difficulties reading it (running at 1440x900 resolution if I am not mistaken).

EDIT: I was running at 1280x800 - At resolution 1440x900 text appears clearer. Damn LCD monitors and their huge native resolutions (1920x1080 in this case).

LCD monitor's native resolution is both a blessing and a curse. In their native resolution everything is crystal clear while in all other resolutions everything is blurry. This naturally requires to have a GPU inside your system matching the needed power for your monitors native resolution.
