(In UFO I mean extraterrestrials)

Yes, I do, I have many books on the subject as well as paranormal in general. Do I believe they're all alien spaceships full of little green men ? No.

I think there is life that exists. But I feel they are too far away to ever reach us, or us them.
They may have sent unmanned satellites as we have done. If that's the case, it could be any length of time before we see it, or it may have already passed us by.

Yes UFOs = Unidentified Flying Object's exist no doubt, the question is are they alien aircrafts, alien spacecrafts, airplanes, helicopters or experimental crafts? It's impossible for us to be alone in the universe and it wouldn't be necessarily surprising if aliens are watching us and visiting our planet.

I believe extraterrestrial life exists, but I'm sceptical of them visiting Earth and abducting people.

oh I know the op is pure spam, but there have been enough legit replies that I've let it be. there was a spammy link-ridden post or two in reply (which is why the op was set up, it's a method they use), and those I've annihilated when I got the chance
