That is why I silently hoped that the XP system is based on Learning-by-Doing, so mages get XP while casting, even if the spell is cast into a wall. I'm LVL 12 now and play in Dungeon 8 & 9 - hope I might hit LVL 20 any time soon ;)

Pretty sure it's only XP-for-kills, unlike DM.

But hey. The way I got that chart was force-levellilng someone and recording the XP needed for each level. :)

I got a party of level 7th while i'm exploring dungeon level 4. Quite "easy" to earn levels. :mrgreen:

Hmm I may hit level 14 before the end of the game any more though would certainly be a struggle.

Note that the graph is logarithmic. The curious bit is that there's a couple of discontinuities in it. How did you get the values?

See the reverse engineering thread in the mod forum; basically, I got enough lua access to run around levelling characters and reporting the XP for next level.
