You need:
Serpent scope (rope down the holes in the bottom left of the upper chambers level for that area).
You have to press the lever where you fought the medusa first to open the closed doors in this level.
Bracers of the serpent lords:
In the bottom right is a riddle where fireballs circle.
There are 2 levers (which give 4 possible positions combined).
One combination opens a third exit in that rectangle.

I just found out that this is a bug in my mod. I always thought that they were just not functional and just recently noticed this is only in my mod. :-P
Please ignore these arrow or throw them away (one by one) to get normal arrows.

the abanoned structure lower levels.. i cast te darkness spell bu i teleported constantly back to the beginning point.....
You have to follow the light and only when you arrive at the exit door kill it by casting darkness.
If you arrive at the exit door and don't cast darkness, you will be able to continue, too, but you will be given a different text.
