I know some of you will call me a whiny baby, but... I need to vent

I'm stepping down off my soap box now.
Yah, I got that he's invincible until his shield goes down, but every time I got within melee distance, he just destroyed my crew and I didn't really max out a ranged character. I hadn't tried the rage potions technique yet... maybe maybe I'll give that one more shot... I have my main tank to where he's got the Bane in one hand and a shield in the other along with mostly the meteor armor, etcminmay wrote:The boss is invincible until you kill most of the undead in the first wave. After you've killed all but one undead (IIRC, it might be all but two) the shield will go down and you can just backstab it to death. Even with poor damage output it should be easy to kill it before the second wave of monsters is summoned.
If for some reason you have trouble attacking it, you can make a large pile of rage potions and have a character with strength-based weapons quaff all of them at once. They stack with each other with no limit, so you can easily get +1000 strength. Then you'll only have to hit the boss a couple of times.
I think the only thing that did was make me feel even more inferior... thanks for the input!Ixnatifual wrote:I got him in my first attempt. I'm not sure he even managed to hit me. I sidestepped when he would try to face me.

Yeah, I read about that, but... all good... I saw the credits... Now that I finished it once, I can cool off and work on a second play through nextZo Kath Ra wrote:You're talking aboutotosnede wrote:I'm just glad I was able to finally feel like I finished the gameSpoilerShowthe dragon with a wizard riding it, right?
That's the regular end boss.
There's also a secret end boss/ending.
I hope that one gets fixed with the next patch; that's crazy.minmay wrote:They stack with each other with no limit, so you can easily get +1000 strength.
