Castle of the Ancients: A Runefaust Story
The Castle of the Ancients, binding place
to the Demon Lord Darksol. After facing the
trials of the Ancient Temple, you vowed to
complete your quest and stop his resurrection.
However, something wrong happened in the Castle.
The people guarding it are long gone.
You must hurry to the Sealing Chamber!

This is my second custom dungeon for LoG, sequel
to my first one, Runefaust Stories: Trials.
I'm still learning, trying new scripts.
It's a complete dungeon, around 1 hour of gameplay,
better experience if you create a new party.

I've just started, tommorow I'll try to write some feedback.

Edit: I've finished (?) your mod in 1h20m, killed 45 monsters, found 155 items, 3/4 secrets. Pls see my feedback below:

Remove information "First time playing Grimrock? (...)"
Definitely add more food- I had to spawn snail slices four times and had to do that only in one mod before- Forbidden Halls, which was insane with food consumption.
Stairs lvl 8->lvl 9, east lvl section- they're leading down, but you're going up...
Don't forget to flush on lvl 9- is it only a joke (a toilet?) or you're have to drop something specific into the pit?
Cannot access to a room with a spider on lvl 11 (SW corner of Basement 2)- I can hear it behind a wall. Is it a missed secret?
The end- after finding Lord Ankh bones on lvl 2 a creature visible as Uggardian, than Ogre and finally a Goromorg issues some warnings and suddenly the mod ends. I was little bit dissapointed- is it the only ending or I've missed something (I've found lightning and fire swords)?

The non-steam site gives an error every time I try to download.

I have been looking for Grimrock and Grimrock expansion dungeons and almost every one I try leads to a site wanting me to join or download stuff that puts malware or viruses on my computer. If anyone has links to clean modified dungeons, please let me know where I may find them.

You can use Steam Workshop Downloader to directly download mods that are on Steam Workshop without having to install the Steam version of the game.

Unfortunately most modders only upload to Steam and/or Nexus, and Nexus requires an account to download.

I added the greasemonkey extension in firefox. I copied the string listed in an above thread in this forum string and pasted it in the steam workshop downloader. Nothing happens yet. I again get a message that I need to install greasemonkey or tampermonkey.

I am completely new to navigating this steam function. What have I not done yet to allow this function at swd to work? Thanks again for you assistance.

I tried to PM minmay, but when attempting to send out the PM, the mailservice says there is no such member here!!?!

Can anyone help me with greasemonkey extension to work to download modded dungeon data from Steam Workshop Downloader?

There are instructions on the Steam Workshop Downloader page. It is not necessary to install the userscript. You just need to paste the Steam Workshop URL into the text box. For example, to download Toorum's Quest II, you would enter " http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/f ... =114343272 ".

ooooh boy. I go to steam workshop downloader, paste in that link, ..... and nothing happens.

I try hitting your shown link in another browser tab, and I am taken to that page but there is no download of that dungeon data and no button to push to obtain a download.

Just how does this work?
