Creating new game seems to have deleted previous game
Is it gone permanently or just hidden somewhere?

If you refer to the game's autosave slot the answer is "yes".RoboticArtificer wrote:Is it gone permanently or just hidden somewhere?
LoG uses the autosave slot when
1) a new party is created which starts a new game or mod
or
2) a healing crystal is touched
So it is wise to make use of either the quicksave slot (via F5 and F9) or one of the 100 nameable savegame slot.
