Woah, that's a hairy bunch!

Hopefully they'll translate this to English.

Good news either way for fans of these types of games. More please.
Lol my exact thoughts. I was saying to myself "well those portraits are...ummm...interesting."

I'm pretty sure they are all meant to be Vikings. Note the twirled beard on the one, it's just my guess but I get strong faux-Viking auras from them.
I am the God of darkness and corruption.

Well the screenshots are already in English. I'm thinking it will be a strong possibility.

Looks pretty much llike 2D :)

On the other hand, atmosphere and ambience are the real kicker, so it could turn out to get pretty interesting. Let's wait and see.

Nevertheless, I'm waiting for Grimrock 2 ;)

I like those screenshots.
The game has worse visuals, than grimrock. On the other hand it seems more gritty/dark-toned then LoG.
I like the long hair. It seems they want to keep cultural consistency - an indicator of ell thought-out world.

What i consider important, the dev's plan to make a remake of Realms of Arkania: Blade of Destiny. I love old Realms of Arkania games, and i really regret that LoG 2 has not gone this direction ( according to recent blog post).
I will be observing those guys.

That "small cave troll" looks great, a lot nastier than the Ogre in GR1, who looks like an overgrown baby.

I've been checking out the beta of Malevolence and, while some of the graphics aren't my preference, it's coming along nicely. I believe it's been worked on at least as long as LoG, but the scope is bigger than anything I've ever seen before. I think the resurgence of these games is a great thing...yes, it's competition, but AH can handle it. :) It will also bring more people to this style of gaming, which means more people to buy LoG2!
