It has been officially confirmed by the guys at GOG that the game will be released at 17:00 GMT.

Oh, Steam says now that the game will be released in about 12 hours, which would be around 7-8pm CEST, 6-7pm GMT. So... The game will be released an hour earlier on GOG? Hmm, good thing I'm not home this evening (and yes, that was some pretty bad planning...), or I just might've bought it on GOG in addition to here, just to get it earlier.
