Release time 11:59PM?

This is the first PC game I've ever preordered, when exactly will I be able to download it, time wise?
GOG is in Europe so do time zones matter?

Last I heard, the exact time was unknown.

But I do believe GMT is taken in to account.

..or if the Steam countdown is accurate. It does say "approximately".
