How did you spec your STANDARD party?

Post by zespi »

Hello all, apologies, if there was already a thread like this, feel free to point me to the right direction.

When you played with the STANDARD party, i.e. you did not customize classes and races, how did you spec your party (how did you allocated the skill throughout the run) and was this successfully / especially good? Share you STANDARD party build, let's compare what we have.

I'm at level 3 currently and I think that I'm heavily influenced by what my chars have *right now* when allocating points, since I have no idea what to come. I'm a bit afraid to spec myself to a corner.

Human fighter - armors/mace - str/vit - tough to kill, decent damage
Human fighter - max sword /bit of armor - dex/vit - Tough to hit, high damage
Minny rogue - max throw/bit of dodge - str/dex/vit - great damage, great mule
Insect mage - max air/bit of spellcraft - will/dex/vit - massive damage

That was my first group. Beat the game with little resistance in 12 hours, 34 minutes.
