level 8-how do i actually get in there?

I've come down from level 7 to kinda walk by the entrance to level 8 (right by the "Dismantler" script and gate) and couldn't find a way in so I went down to 9 thinking i can come up from there but I don't see any other staircases. I checked all the pitfalls on 7 but none line up with that Dismantler room. Can I get a hint as to how I even get in there?

Ok, I found out why I missed that. I had lowered my graphical settings to minimum to help increase FPS for the "anti-dodgeball" puzzle and because of the lowered settings I missed the symbol ENTIRELY. Kinda blurred into the wall. I can't really blame anyone but me for that one. Thanks again!
