Sun/moon position at noon/midnight?

If the party has a timepiece, the position of the sun (during the day) or moon (at night) is displayed when the party rests.

At noon, the sun's position is at 10 o'clock.
Same for the moon's position at midnight.

Shouldn't the sun/moon be at 12 o'clock at noon/midnight?
