Hello, what language is the game available? If only English, do you plan to add other languages later? I have not found any information on this subject or on the website, or on the blog.

The game is available in English. Localized versions are not planned at the moment, sorry.

And are ingame text in some sort of human readable format ? Just asking if community translations are possible.

The text is not packed neatly in one place, which is one of the reasons why localization is not a simple task.
