No, they aren't. There is one puzzle existing which can't be solved without - but it is completly optional.
Why not try the tool and clean your save instead of continuing without casting ?

Yours puzzles are surprising! I don't know if I am wrong, but
The code I-III... , the dragon figure and the alcoves fit together, but when I try to reproduce the sequence, I failed always on the third alcove (no sound). I try in two ways: 1= northern and 1=southern alcoves, but nothing seems working. I don't see either if the dragon statue needs some action... I am lost again

No, the dragon-figure doesn't need something further. And you are on the right way: I ist not on the left side.
Ah - and the sound indicates a failure...

Now, I am in a shelter, and I see the ice balls dancing around... but I can't
open the icy alcoves where I suppose are the keys for the ice-shark corridors
Also,
I put the water essence on a little stone seat outdoor, but nothing happens but a sound

beside one of the niches should be a wallnote...

I can't find how to
... use the code "ad ec bd da da!" with the 25 buttons panel. Each row could be associated with the five letters (or one by row) but how?

Think about rows *and* columns.
