Thanks a lot for Scavengers, I missed them so hard in LoG2. I can´t find proper texture for them, but that is just a little trouble. I´ve been trying sounds from LoG2 for Scavengers and in my opinion "spider_walk" is great, it sounds wierd if you have only one scavenger (number of legs, right? :D ) but if you have swarm of them (4+) it fits perfectly. For die sound is "ratling_die" pretty good i think, you could also use "crowern_die" or "herder_small_die". Only attack sound that I think is usable is "rat_swarm_attack".

If you download my source files for Labyrinth of Lies (log1 mod) youll find and are welcome to use and abuse any textures you find. There are at least 2 or 3 custom scavenger textures, as well as the monster defs
(you will need to check and convert any definitions over to log2 format)

included in his asset pack release:
