Oh the crypt. I just found it. I am not sure how I missed it before. Now I am a bit stumped on the she keeps blood and bone here note and what to put into that alcove and shoot it with the white bolt. I have 20 skulls now and I am assuming that last alcove opening has my last one.

to open the alcove near the sword master tomb.
it is closed and has a final skull.
I found the ghost area. I can not seem to figure out what to do with the place that has the small gear in it though.

I do not know. There is a small gear there. I have replaced it with a skull and sword and the golden figurine I found nearby.

that was way easier than expected. I put nothing and found the sword
Now for the other alcove and final skull?
There is a button that leads back to the alcove that is still covered in the wall by the tomb of the sword master and I can not figure out how to open it.

how did I miss that? I am usually so aware of the buttons. And here I was trying to figure out some complex combination for the other alcoves.
