I Googled the first line and it appears to come from Crusader Kings.

Some teleporters give you persistent messages in your viewport about changing of facing for objects. This happened to me in the Vault of the Orb, L6 and some prior ones.

In the room with respawning snails I also get a message repeating itself "invalid spawn position for snail" or something along those lines.

there's nothing I can do about those types of messages, they are just part of the original game and were never fixed because they don't harm anything. If they are too annoying you can:
1. turn off your console completely in the cfg file
2. open the console and type clear
3. press Z and X together, twice (works for Master Quest only)

Ah, okay and check.

I thought you could somehow disable them. Would it be possible, perchance, to build in a timer that wipes the thing clean every second or so? Or would that cause too much problems?

Is it only visible because I activated the console, btw?

btw Z and X is a bad key-pairing for anything but the US keyboard :|

Correct. With console deactivated - which is the game's default - there are no messages.

Hi there.
First thanks so much for this mod! It makes Grimrock feel fresh again and i really like the new twist on the puzzles :)

But i have a bug at Level 5. When i go to sleep the dream sequence starts and after that the game crashes with this log:

#r:51: attempt to perform arithmetic on a nil value
stack traceback:
#r:51: in function 'chCount'
#r:20: in function 'ch'
mod_assets/scripts/objects.lua:150: in function 'onWakeUp'
[string "Party.lua"]: in function 'wakeUp'
etc

I use Grimrock v1.3.7

Any help on that? i need to sleep!

That bug will be shortly fixed when I do the first update of the mod. It's from a certain item which I missed including in the loot table, the
