Editor Refuses Custom Ambient Tracks?
Morning, been messing about with the editor for a bit to try to get to grips with it, and I tried making a custom ambient track. Converted it to an OGG and all of that, but whenever I try to import it into Grimrock the selection text goes red and I can't close the box properties box without canceling any changes. Am I missing something obvious?

The obvious thing that I think you are missing is that the sound file has to be inside your dungeon folder.
You can not point to a file thats outside of your current project since when you compile the dungeon for use it takes everything located in your dungeon folder and puts it into a dat file.
just drop the music into your sounds folder under the mod_assets.
Hope that helps, and if your file is inside the mod_assets folder then I'm clueless to whats going on.

is it possible to select "NONE" viz silence (for a special level)
Beleagured Castle LOGII complete
Re: Editor Refuses Custom Ambient Tracks?
as far as I know there is no option like that. You can only define a track that is silent and use this.
