I wanted to see if I could load the game on a crappy computer at work, so I could dink around at lunch time. The computer is running Windows 7 32 bit, and has onboard intel graphics using the g31/33 chipset. After installing the game, updating the drivers, direct x, etc the game gave me an error about not having pixel shader 3.0. Luckily, there is something called "Swiftshader" that replaces a dirext x file so you can play newer games on older boards. After installing Swift, the game booted up and I was able to create a party. There were a few hiccups though. I had to set the graphics to low on everything. I had to set the resolution low, so I could play it in a window as well, otherwise the computer bogged down. Gameplay was slower, almost painful. But I was able to run around the first and second levels with no problems.
*edit* I should also note that the swiftshader thing uses up a lot of cpu cycles, so a more powerful cpu should yield better performance (in theory). The one I ran it on had a crappy cpu, as the machine was only built for MS word, and spreadsheets.
