You're not the only one who has problems opening that door. 1. 5 scrolls on that level contains everything you need to do in order to open the door 2. One scroll tells you always one action you need to do 3. Think what represents the daemon, the heroes, the goromorg priests and the Uggardian flames ...

Finally the version 1.0 from Shadows of Grim Moon You can find it from both Steam and Grimrock Nexus . Changes from previous version to 1.0 - intro & ending screens - script fix on level 2, now the scroll on alcove spawns depending on which stairs you come. - little grammatical fix on level 7 - ...

The spider and the snail never posed any threat Haven't had time to test this out more. Those two ornamental doors were very threatening to me.

After all the the boasting I have to bow humbly, this dungeon has defeated me. I can't get past the two ornamental doors. Dungeon is starting to look good though (all the, what.. 3 or 4 rooms I've seen..). I really love those gobelins in the doorway.
