Re: I can't see anything =[

Almost assuredly an Anti-Aliasing issue. Check your settings again in your graphic card's control panel, more than likely you are forcing some level of AA.

Re: Broken compass, seems fine to me?

But it's late and I'll just go ahead and back out of this debate... You are all absolutely correct. The compass is a broken marine compass, not a standard magnetic compass, it was only included as a joke. Fortunately these lonely prisoners have the correct foresight to always pick up every shred of ...

Re: Broken compass, seems fine to me?

Maybe you don't realise but North, East, South and West originated from the way the sun would rise and set. Not the magnetic pole. Maybe you don't realize, in the context we're discussing here, the individuals in question are underground in an dungeon that, as far as I have seen in the 13 levels I'...

Re: Please not mods/DLCs

I think i stated my reason clearly. I put it in first place and I state it again here: "the main reason I disagree with moding is that I fear that it would make the original team indifferent to making a sequel!" Can you please explain precisely how you arrived at such a ludicrous conclusion? I'm tr...

Re: Broken compass, seems fine to me?

I suppose you could argue that because our fantasy world is usually on another planet another convention may exist, or you could argue the the concept of compass should not exist as it would not be invented, but we are getting pedantic. I don't think it has anything to do with whether or not it's a...

Re: Broken compass, seems fine to me?

Well, actually it does. Unless you like to hold maps the wrong way. Please enlighten the rest of us... how precisely do you tell that a map is being held the "wrong way" (or the "right way") unless the map has a legend indicating which direction is north? I haven't fired up the game in the past 48 ...

Re: Broken compass, seems fine to me?

Given that it doesn't have N,S,E,W on the in game compass it can be easy to think example one is a given. If it doesn't indicate N,S,E,W, how do you know which side of you compass is north? Just because the character picked it up and is holding it in a particular orientation doesn't mean he magical...

Re: Broken compass, seems fine to me?

Unless I've had far more too drink tonight than I think I have (possible), the concept of a card compass doesn't make any more sense than anything else suggested... If the red arrow is to be facing the direction you are facing, the rest of the compass must have some sort of marking on it or it is an...

Re: Overall gameplay speed (elderly gamer)

Oh, they have taken this attitude. "they"? The community for this game is terrible, let's just get that out of the way right now. So good of you to take the high road, and thanks for throwing everyone under the bus collectively. The fact of the matter is that the few dozen people active on this for...

Re: Broken compass, seems fine to me?

Yeah I know it is a "Man vs Wild" compass. I think people have the right to say they don't like it. I don't think anyone is arguing whether or not it's okay to "not like it"... The fact that a non-zero number of people (and a number larger than I'm comfortable with) have suggested the compass is "b...
