Turning back
Just wondering if it's possible to turn 180 degrees in one key press. Especially handy in timed situations where you need to get to a secret door in time. Of course you can click turn 2x, but in a timed situation this extra action might make the difference between success or not. In v2.2.4 with Part...

Re: Grimrock 2 Beta 2.2.4
Dr. Disaster can you do the same on the PC? I would like to see results PC vs Mac. I also like to see what Petri's Mac goal is :
2.1.18 PC - 2.2.4 PC - 2.24 Mac - future 2.3 Mac (Petri's goal)
With this we can a rough estimate of what to expect of v2.3 and time when ready.

I just wonder if there's a youtube video where we can see the improvements? It would make it also easier as reference if someone wants to address a problem...

Show Rooms
In the spirit of One Round Room Robin I was amazed with certain rooms like the one Skuggasveinn designed. What I am suggesting is not a dungeon like ORRR1, but test rooms to show some of peoples' ideas. And also show how you did it. maybe it's possible to a crash dummy walking in a trap and see what...

Re: [ORRR3] Let's Pick a Theme!
I voted option 1, but the mist doesn't need to clear. All the houses lead to the rooms either above or under the ground. You are randomly teleported without knowing throughout the deserted town. Your average party level determines whether you can access a house or not keeping higher difficulty ones ...

Re: Tips on Designing a good Experience
For me a good gaming experience is: - multiple ways to reach a goal (stuck at a puzzle, try another way) - choices that affect the end game but not ruin it (a rogue should play different game than a maze) - combat scaled to party level (keep the pressure on) - enough resources, but at logical places...

Re: Mystery Topic Revealed: Glögg Session Part 3!
I thought ORRR1 was a LoG1 mod and ORRR2 was a LoG2 mod?

Re: Mystery Topic Revealed: Glögg Session Part 3!
As soon as I am able to buy LoG2 Mac and finish the base game I'll definitely want to do that mod. These two exist in the ORRR2 mod, and the source is available to inspect.

Re: Question about the Apple/Macintosh Version
I may be two generations older than you at 56 years of age . You're not the only old person here. I'm almost 52 yrs old and my eyesight was getting worse after 40. I have lens implants and some lasering before I needed reading glasses. I started wearing special computer glasses for a sharper screen...
