That's an odd request. Not without a program to alter the models I'm pretty sure. With such a program you would only need to make the model two sided. So no actual artistic skill is required.

I'd love to participate, if i am not too late to get a room. One word though, I'd like it if there was some 9x9x3 type rooms with the top level being outside. They offer more creativity by having both an outside and dungeon theme in one "Room". Can't be too late. The whole project hasn't even start...

Well at the very least since an alchemist spawns herbs every few steps, you could whip up something that makes food instead of herbs I assume.

But you'd still have to bother keeping and eating the food so that really doesn't help.

Obviously throwing weapons are useless if you do not have the throwing skill. Maces are useless if you do not have the mace skill. Throwing weapons are not meant to be a 'neutral' item, but a weapon choice like any other.
