Do you think, this would work - a monologues dialogue?

Hello everyone, for quite some time (actually since I read WWZ a few years ago) I have kind of a "story-arc" on my mind which would be told only from the perspective of a single person. And the way the story is supposed to be told would be like this: The narrator answers imaginary questions of (an) ...

Re: level 9 glitch

Hi. Actually the walls don't "change" in the way that they transofrm or something. You just need to take a very close look while you move. Then you may and will recognize that there is a slight change in the optics when you move into a certain tile. The reason, why the "walls" seem to change is simp...

Re: why do you love these "old" dungeon crawlers games ?

Hi there. - the overall atmosphere was and is a blast - it is not only about the skills and attributes of your party-members, but also and especially about your personal skill; it is YOU, the gamer, who has to solve puzzles and riddles; it is YOU, the gamer, who has to move around in order to avoid ...

Re: Level 9 Pit puzzle and locked door

Hi there.

I refer to your "right" picture of KLJF22. Move me 1 space upwards (to the North). Then throw to the East, then to the North from that location (or was it vice-versa?). There is no real need to really move around. Works very well as well.

All the best!

Re: level 9 glitch

Hi. This kind of bug exists in other older games as well. It is literally unavoidable, because it basically roots in the architecture and engine of the game. The more complex a game gets, the more likely this kind of bug appears - and then often several times within a logical unit within the game/ p...

Re: Grimrock Combat Primer: Introduction to Bull Fighting

Hi there, thank you for your introduction to bull-fighting. That's actually the way to go. But you need to consider that there are creatures around that act very, very swiftly (these bug-things, the near-super-sonic giant-stirges, the slime and not to forget the huge fungi spawning poisonous gas-clo...

Same here. :D
