Actually, one small question: does "#x attack power" refer to the total normal damage or only one part of it (the weapon base or the ability modifier)?

The current design makes food worth paying attention to but not worth getting stressed about, and that's the ideal balance, IMO. The old games that used limited food and killed your party without it were a means of introducing fake difficulty, effectively forcing the player to restart (and re-grind)...

Right, because being so scared you can't move your muscles (petrified) is the similar to being dead and having no blood flow and total loss of internal organ functions (death). Being "petrified" in this context means "the character has been turned into a stone statue", just like the classical medus...

Is there any chance of the soundtrack being made available via the game retailers themselves? I don't know about Steam but I know it isn't currently available via GoG. I'd be willing to buy it there but I'd rather not have to deal with iTunes/etc.
