I'm sure my issue is due to the FOV. I've disabled the head bob which made no difference, and I've had the same issue with source and unreal engine games. Once I increased the FOV in Half-Life 2 and Unreal Tournament 3, the nausea went away.

It is probably not going to happen, but I also would like the ability to change the FOV for this game. I struggled to make to level 4 and I just cannot go on any further. It make me too nauseated. Playing for any more than about 10 minutes really makes me queasy. I really want to finish this game, b...
