Yes - in this case it is not the Blenderversion you are using. Even Isaac is right that you MUST use Version 2.72 if you want to export a model to a Grimrock-Model. I think the editor is hard coded to ignore objects names that begin with 'base'. It is possible to spawn a custom item with a name that starts with 'base', and you can check that name, but the item doesn't appear in the editor's left side object panel. Pompidom, I think it's no bigger problem to create an invisible and silent button - but AFAIK there is no way to add it to a wall-tileset. So that would mean, that you would have to add this button manually on all walls (if you want that behaviour an EVERY wall). Really great effort... Sadly I also ...

I don't understand what you are exactly showing in pic 2

And concerning the 45° walls: They are maybe good for decoration - but in the game logic they will appear as blocked for the party. So on their tile can't happen anything of interrest...
