I had already solved the southern aqueduct riddle and I also had pressed the button, but that must have been before I solved the riddle. Pressed it again and now the way to Fali is open. It's a little annoying that the button does nothing when the riddle is not solved.

I've been to the Aqueduct and have two green gems, one red and one blue. I think at the Aqueduct was the key for the forgotten sepulchre. I explored this too. you got me wrong there. I'm still in wanderer's heights and don't know how to open the gate to the teleporter to reach Fali, the safe haven. I've searched all around wanderer's heights.
