Same problem here. Debian wheezy (7.0beta4), Xfce, Radeon HD3450 (RV620), x.org (distro) driver. Problem persists after logging out and rebooting - Edit: to clarify; it's limited to the menu and game, cursor returns to normal after quitting the game. Looks like some transparency/opacity is misbehavi...
