From the various forums that I frequent it looks like many are purchasing Legend of Grimrock.
I'd love to know the post-sale numbers or rather whatever can be shared with the public in that regard.

Re: Dungeon Editor Progress
For an example of an Indie dev with Steam Workshop support one need look no further than Dungeons of Dredmor by Gaslamp Games. (they are quite open about how to use the workshop over in their modding forum)

Re: Demo??
Except for people like me where the Tech Demo fails to even start while the final code runs like a dream.Darklord wrote: Well there is a Tech Demo which helps with that.

Re: Demo??
I'm a firm believer that all PC games should have demos if only to allow people to know how the games will run on their setup as system requirements and testing tools are often highly misleading/inaccurate.

Re: Just 10 minutes playing, enjoying it more than Skyrim
I have Skyrim on the PS3 so even a punch to the face would be a more enjoyable experience. (at least the punch wouldn't have cost me $60)

GiantBomb Quick Look (Level 4 for anyone worried about spoilers) http://www.giantbomb.com/quick-look-legend-of-grimrock/17-5899/ Technically Dave says that his review would be 5/5 stars so I was debating whether this should go here or in the reviews thread... Either way it's Vinny (steering) and Dav...

Any other requirements on those *.TGA files besides the 128x128 pixel size? (bit depth, compressed/uncompressed, etc.) I already have the Ninja Turtles ready to go ;) Ahahah post a screenshot of that. http://cloud.steampowered.com/ugc/542925143326194416/6A71BE7B33BCFFEF37984F181F12877C9EAC89BF/ Por...

Re: 1.1.4 patch for Steam?
The 'patch' is 666.1mb. I'll report back if it's actually 1.1.4. [edit: Yes it is 1.1.4] And yeah it doesn't really bother me if Steam is late with unlocking the pre-order and late with a patch but it's becoming a pattern with them and when you are consistently the last service/platform to get thing...

Re: DLC
I prefer an even-handed approach where many of the smaller things are added for free via patches while the big stuff is optional paid content.
Rather, in general, the more that I get for free the more willing I am to shell-out for the paid stuff.
