Heroes of a Broken Land
I played this a while back, and enjoyed it quite a bit. It has turn based combat and some light town building elements. It can get a bit grindy though, so I would recommend turning up XP gain and playing a small world size.

Healing crystals also heal injuries. I've only gotten injuries from falling down pits. Wearing armor seems to help prevent injuries, but I'm not sure about that.

Are you serious? That's the most ridiculous thing I've heard, it's not the same at all. You could simply have the option to enable turn-based whether YOU like it or not, while ingame (Example press T and it goes to turn-based). Why would it bother you if a player was able to do that? In the monster spread sheet, you have "movement cd". I assume this means "movement cooldown" but is that in seconds and is it from when it moves to when it moves again, or when it stops to when it moves again? Nice sheet. Thanks.
