I've read all 17 pages of this thread, to date, but I am still stuck, at the final door. I've seen discussion of temple keys but they haven't helped. It would be a shame after 7 hours of this awesome mod to just quit at the final door. :*( EDIT: I'm an idiot. Edited spoiler to clarify for others. :D...

I think you may be over-complicating it. If I remember correctly the second trapdoor is not closed by throwing something on a pad the other side. Look on the walls, even if you have to do so in a split second due to inaccessibility for any longer. Get it?
