Re: Brilliant game up til Level 9. I won't be finishing it.
He didn't say anything about the game being too hard. His point was a valid one, which was that the rules of the game changed drastically once the player reached level 9. Now, you can Hi-five each other over your various levels of condescension (he said something negative so he must be a child or WO...

Re: Why hasn't the website front page been updated?
I agree. Putting links to some of the reviews and articles on the front page would really help sell the feature to some that might be on the fense if for no other reason than "I never heard of these guys."

Re: A question to Devs regarding consumers' behaviour and DR
Also, with Steam, unlike most DRM, you don't need to be connected to the net to play your games. It's not intrusive and it doesn't affect playing the game. It's basically not the best gauge of acceptance of DRM because there are so many positives that come with it. Here's a good article from Destruc...

Re: A few zero effort changes to add variety...
regardless of the fact that you are absolutely screwed when you don't have ranged combatants? Would work, if they are not sturdier than a regular skeleton (they should probably be a bit weaker). You can throw rocks and other stuff at them from a distance. Would teach people to keep their distance a...

Re: 2x2 strafing undermines character building
This is not an action game and shouldn't try to be one... right now it's an odd blend of stat based RPG combat and twitch based dodging that negates the need for said stats completely. Combat should be either or.. if it's trying to be both it won't be the best it can. It ends up a flawed RPG system...

This is definitely not a "zero effort" task, but I'd really enjoy seeing a mob like this as it would turn 2x2 combat on its head.azidahaka wrote: Flaming scheletons! (just add flames around the 3d model) that damages those who use short range attacks

Re: Holy crap lizard dinosaur things!
Armoury! AAAA!!!! Battle tactics please! Yeah, draw them out one at a time. Back-peddle until you can find a room with a 2x2 space or more and strafe them. If there's more than two, try funneling then through at a choke-point . Thanks. I’m finding this game brutally difficult, even on the lowest di...
