  1. Hi!
I happened upon this site while looking for dungeon crawlers to play on my new Android phone; I must say I’ve not looked forward this much to a game release in a long time! I used to be a massive fan of Dungeon Master and Ishar on my Atari ST and will definitely be getting this for my PC.
I’m so glad and so impressed that you’ve gone for the ‘old school’ grid based movement, yet you’ve brought the genre bang up to date with fantastic visuals and great animations. I notice several comments asking about price and I must say that I would happily pay twenty, thirty even forty quid for this, and I’ve not even played it! I never thought I’d see this style of game again, I thought we’d be forever stuck with Modern This and Call of That. Many, many thanks!
Anyway, that’s enough bigging you up :) Sorry for the long ramble, clearly this has made my New Year.

  2. Reddit brought me here. There was a post today about how you guys helped out a disabled gamer by making some GUI tweaks. While this may have been a small effort on your behalf the principal of the effort should be commended. I won’t prattle on, but well done. I will be purchasing your game when it is released. I want to support this exceptional support. Again, good job fellas. Glad there are developers out there that will go the extra mile.

    Cheers,

  3. The Reddit article also brought me here today, though I was well aware of your awesome looking game beforehand. You are a shining example to all developers. Keep up the great work.

  4. I read about your “kindness” on Kotaku from Reddit. I honestly had never heard of your game before today (sorry) but count me as a day one purchase. I applaud your understanding and effort in helping a fan. My pc or mac can not wait to have your fine game installed.

  5. I also read the story about adding mouse functionality on Kotaku. I hadn’t heard of your game either, but I will be buying on day one as well.

  6. Like a number of other people here, I too first heard about this game (and this company in fact!) on the story featured on the Kotaku website. It is an extraordinary gesture to make to the fans and – judging by the other comments here – will hopefully result in more well earned sales. I shall definetly be picking up a copy upon release – the game looks great, and harks back to the golden age of gaming when gameplay came first. Looking forward to it.

  7. i was brought here by nocht’s blog ya no crator of minecraft cant wait till comes out and will you have to pay to play it?

  8. I’m looking forward for this game and I’m very curious for the result…

first encountered it on rpgwatch.com and I was pretty much surprised… because this seems to be the sequel of Stonekeep that I’ve been waiting for since almost 17 years now!

Hope this game will meet the high expectations and will be a big success. I don’t want to wait another 17 years for the next chapter of pure dungeon crawling.

  9. I have just been playing Dungeon Master on amiga emulator ( loved it back in the day )
